Soccer League Schedule Maker

A full season schedule with real matchdays, a running standings table and a live link to share. Free, no account, nothing to install.

Organizing a season-long league usually means the same grind: build a table in a spreadsheet, work out the matchdays by hand and re-sort everything every time a date moves. AreaCopa takes that off your plate. You enter your teams, pick a season start and a cadence, and you get a full schedule with real matchdays. Alongside it, a standings table that updates itself with every result. This page shows what you get, how it works in minutes and where the tool deliberately draws the line. Soccer, or football as it is known outside North America, works the same way here whichever word your crowd uses.

A schedule generator that only spits out a list of pairings does not get you far. A season runs on three things, and you get all three together here.

A matchday calendar with real dates. Round-robin, every team against every other, tied to a date rather than an abstract "Round 1, Round 2." With an even number of teams, each team plays on every matchday. With an odd number, a bye rotates through and is always named. Single round-robin, or home and away, at the cadence you set.

A running standings table. Points on 3-1-0, goal difference, position, all updated the moment you enter a result, and that holds for the whole season. Nothing to recalculate, no cell to touch by hand.

A link to share. Along with your organizer access there is a public spectator link. Players, opponents and spectators use it to see the next matchday and the current table, live, with no login. You drop the link in the group chat, post it as a QR code or put it on the club page.

That fits an adult rec soccer league among friends just as well as a Sunday league side, a co-ed workplace league after hours or an indoor futsal or 5-a-side season over the winter. Anywhere several teams play a full round-robin across a season and a table decides it at the end.

Create your league: how it works in minutes

There is no sign-up and nothing to install. The league setup asks you five short questions.

  1. Enter your teams. Type the names into a list. Four teams are enough for a league, and there is plenty of room upward.
  2. Choose the rounds. Single round-robin, or home and away, depending on how long you want the season to run.
  3. Season start and cadence. The date and kickoff time of the first matchday, then the gap: weekly or every two weeks.
  4. Name the league. The name sits above the table and on the shared link.
  5. Add your email. That is where your organizer link arrives, the one that reopens the league any time.

From those answers AreaCopa works out the full schedule: every fixture, spread across dated matchdays at the cadence you chose. The organizer link comes by email, and you can share the spectator link right away. No forced account, no app, no hidden costs, no ads.

What players and spectators see

Once the league is set up, it has its own public page. The league name and season dates sit at the top, and below them the table and the next matchday with date and kickoff time. Enter a result and the table and positions update instantly for everyone who has the link open.

For the players that means one thing: they do not have to ask you for the score or install an app. A single link is enough, and whoever sits top after the final matchday wins it.

What AreaCopa is for, and what it is not

AreaCopa is deliberately narrow, and that is the point. It is built for one amateur or rec league season: teams, matchdays, a table, a link to share, set up in minutes.

It is not built to run a league across many seasons with promotion and relegation. Club and member management, player registration cards, dues billing or a fixed sign-up for everyone involved are not part of it either. There are specialized platforms for that, and anyone running an official league under a governing body is better served there. If you just want a league to run this season, with no onboarding and no account, you are in the right place.

Common questions

Do I need an account to create a league?
No. You set the league up in your browser and only enter your email at the end to get the organizer link. Players, opponents and spectators open the public link with no sign-up and no app.
What does AreaCopa cost?
Nothing. Create the league, generate the schedule, share the standings live: all free and ad-free. There is no team cap behind a paid tier and there are no hidden costs.
How is this different from a full league-management platform?
AreaCopa plans a single season: fixtures split into matchdays plus a live table, ready in minutes. Promotion and relegation across multiple seasons, club and member management, player registration cards or dues are not part of it. That is what a full platform like TeamSnap or LeagueApps is built for.
Can I play a double round-robin, home and away?
Yes. When you create the league you pick a single round-robin or a double one, home and away. You set the cadence, weekly or every two weeks, and you can add the return half later or remove it again, as long as no match in it has been played yet.
What do players and spectators see?
They open the public link and see the table, the next matchday and every result, updated live. No login, no app. You share the link in the group chat, in a club newsletter or as a QR code.
Can I change the schedule after it is generated?
Yes. As long as no result is in, you can change the season start, the cadence or the round format, and the schedule is generated again. Once the season is under way, you move individual matchdays to a new date without losing the rest of the table.
